Objective To observe the differences of efficacy between radiotherapy combined with temozolomide (TMZ)thera-py and radiotherapy on high grade postoperative glioma.Method To compare the group A (combination therapy group)and the group B (radiotherapy group)with the treatment efficiency,rates of adverse events and 1 -year and 3 - year overall survival rate.Results There were statistically significant difference in response rate between groups (P <0.05).There were no statistical-ly significant differences in rates of adverse events between the groups (P >0.05).Conclusion Compared with radiotherapy a-lone,concurrent radiotherapy plus adjuvant chemotherapy can effectively improve overall survival and progression without increas-ing adverse reactions of patients with glioma postoperation.%目的：比较脑恶性胶质瘤患者术后放疗同步替莫唑胺（TMZ）治疗与单纯放疗的疗效差异。方法：观察A 组（联合治疗组）和 B 组（单纯放疗组）患者治疗有效率、不良反应发生率以及两组患者1年、3年总生存率。结果：A组、B 组的治疗有效率差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：术后放疗与同步替莫唑胺化疗能提高治疗效果，延长患者的生存期，未增加不良反应发生率，方法有效，值得推广。
