鼻内镜术后局部糖皮质激素治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of local corticosteroids on the treatment of chronic sinusitis after the nasal endoscopic surgery.Method 200 cases with chronic sinusitis were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,each group of 100 cases.They were given nasal endoscopic surgery,and the control group was given the postoperative routine therapy.The observation group was given the Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray each lateral nasal 2 spray/time 1 times/d,14d,later changed to 1 spray/time 1 times/d,a total of 3 month on the basis of the control group treatment. Followed up for 6 months,clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results The cure rate,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the recurrence rate and complications were significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclu-sion Chronic sinusitis nasal endoscopic surgery using topical corticosteroids can improve curative effect and reduce recurrence rate and the incidence of complications.%目的：观察鼻内镜术后局部使用糖皮质激素对慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：选取进行慢性鼻窦炎内窥镜治疗的患者200例，随机分为观察组与对照组各100例，两组患者均行鼻内镜手术，对照组术后常规治疗。观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂，每次每侧鼻腔2喷，1次／d，14 d，后改为1喷／次，1次／d，共计使用3个月。随访6个月，观察两组患者临床疗效、复发率以及术后并发症。结果：观察组患者痊愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组，而复发率与并发症发生率均明显低于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后使用局部糖皮质激素能够提高疗效，降低复发率和并发症的发生率。
