AO 分型与交锁髓内钉治疗新鲜股骨干骨折临床疗效的相关研究

摘要

目的：探讨 AO 分型与交锁髓内钉治疗新鲜股骨干骨折临床疗效的相关性。方法：将我院收治的符合标准的新鲜股骨干骨折分为 A 型、B 型、C 型，选择用交锁髓内钉固定，分别比较手术时间、X 线照射次数、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、术后3个月的膝关节屈伸活动度、膝关节功能评分及患者的满意度。3组之间的比较采用单因素方差分析，采用 LSD - t 法进行组间两两比较，P ﹤0.05认为差异有统计学意义。膝关节功能评分用 Fisher 精确检验法，P ﹤0.05认为差异有统计学意义。结果：A 型股骨干骨折膝关节功能评分、优良率及患者的满意度最高，B 型次之，C 型较差。结论：AO 分型与股骨干骨折的临床疗效有相关性。%Objective To investigate the relationship between AO type and the clinical efficacy of the treatment of fresh femo-ral shaft fractures with interlocking intramedullary nail. Method The fresh femoral shaft fractures which were in accordance with the standards in our hospital,they were divided into A type,B type,C type,choose to use locking intramedullary nail fixation,re-spectively to compare the operation time,X - ray exposure times,intraoperative bleeding,fracture healing time,the 3 postoperative knee function of flexion and extension,knee function scores and patient satisfaction. Among the three groups were compared using univariate analysis of variance,the use of LSD - t method of group between pairwise comparisons,there was a statistically signif-icant difference(P ﹤ 0. 05). The knee function score using Fisher exact test method,the difference was statistically significant (P ﹤ 0. 05). Results A type femoral shaft fractures of knee joint function score,the excellent rate and patient satisfaction was highest,B type,C type was the worst. Conclusion There is a correlation between AO type and the clinical curative effect of the femoral shaft fracture.
