丹红共煎剂对乳鼠肥大心肌细胞 ATP 影响的研究

摘要

Objective To observe the effects of Huoxue treatment with Danhong Gongjianji effect on the neonatal rat cardiomyocytes hypertrophy of ATP,then observe the effects of Huoxue therapy in the intervention of myocardial cell energy metabolism,provide the basis for the traditional Chinese medicine on heart failure. Methods Simulating myocardial cells of rats with heart failuresimulation environmentthe by Angiotensin II(Ang II),we were built myocar-dial cell hypertrophy model,and to study the effects of DanhongGongjianji on myocardial cell activity and ATP. Re-sults The Effect of Activity in myocardial cells by DanhongGongjianji was higher than that of the model group in 12, 24 and 48 h,The Effect of ATP had no obvious change in 24 h,but the effect of ATP of DanhongGongjianji group is lower than the model group in 48 h. Conclusion DanhongGongjianji can improve the energy metabolism of cardio-myocyte hypertrophy induced by Ang II.%目的：观察以丹红共煎剂为代表的活血治法对乳鼠肥大心肌细胞 ATP 的影响，进而观察活血治法在干预心肌细胞能量代谢中的作用，为活血中药防治心衰提供依据。方法体外培养乳鼠心肌细胞，利用血管紧张素Ⅱ（AngⅡ）模拟心衰大鼠心肌细胞环境，制作肥大心肌细胞模型，观察丹红共煎剂含药血清对心肌细胞细胞活性及 ATP 的影响。结果丹红共煎剂含药血清干预12、24、48 h，干预组心肌细胞活性高于模型组，24 h各组 ATP 含量无明显变化，48 h 时干预组 ATP 含量低于模型组。结论丹红共煎剂可改善 AngⅡ所致肥大心肌细胞的能量代谢。
