人参皂苷Rg3对鼻咽癌放疗患者CD 80/86表达及细胞免疫功能的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rg3 on the expression of CD 80/86 and cellular immune function in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group. Peripheral blood lymphocytes were collected from two groups after radiotherapy. MTT method was used to detect lymphocyte proliferation, flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of IgG, IgM antibody and /Th2 Th1, CD80 and CD86 cytokines by indirect ELISA method.Results Rg3 can promote the proliferation of lymphocytes in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, up CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, IgG, 80/86, CD, IgM, IL-2, down IL-6, CD8+, and showed a dose dependent.Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg3 can significantly enhance the immune function of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, suggesting that it may be used as a potential immune enhancer in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy.%目的 探讨人参皂苷Rg3对鼻咽癌放疗患者CD 80/86表达及细胞免疫功能的影响.方法 选取鼻咽癌放疗患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.放疗结束后分离收集2组患者外周血淋巴细胞.MTT法检测淋巴细胞增殖,流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞亚群间接ELISA法检测IgG、IgM抗体水平及Th1/Th2、CD80、CD86细胞因子表达.结果 Rg3能够促进鼻咽癌放疗患者淋巴细胞增殖,上调CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgG、CD 80/86、IgM、IL-2,下调IL-6、CD8+,并呈现剂量依赖性.结论 人参皂苷单体Rg3能够明显增强鼻咽癌放疗患者外周血淋巴细胞免疫功能,提示其可作为潜在的免疫增强剂应用于鼻咽癌患者放射治疗过程.
