目的 运用数据挖掘技术,总结分析30部现代针灸教材中主治小儿惊风的"同功穴"及其规律谱.方法 人工检索和计算机检索相结合,查阅30部现代针灸相关的教材,总结针灸主治小儿惊风的"同功穴"并分析其规律,归纳出30部教材中主治小儿惊风的"同功穴"的频次、归经、所属部位以及特定穴规律谱进行分析和对比.结果 通过分析得出,现代教材中针灸主治小儿惊风的"同功穴"共有77个,所属经脉主要为督脉、足少阳胆经和足太阳膀胱经,所在部位主要集中于头部和四肢部.特定穴类别主要是五输穴.%Objective To apply data mining technology, summarize and analyze the treatment of infantile convulsions 30 modern acupunctureand moxibustion in the textbook of"analogous points"and the law of spectrum. Methods The combination of artificialand computer retrieval, access to 30 modern acupuncture and moxibustionrelated materials, summarize the acupunctureand moxibustion treatment of infantile convulsions"analogous points"and the analysis of the law, summed up the 30 textbooks intreating infantile convulsions"analogous points"frequency, meridian, the location and specific points of law and spectrum analysis contrast. Results Through the analysis, the modern teaching of acupunctureand moxibustion in the treatment of infantile convulsions"analogous points"of a total of 77;"analogous points"are the main meridians for governor meridian, gallbladder meridian and bladder meridian; The location is mainly focused on the head and limbs; specific acupointsare mainly five categories selected transport points.
