基于30部现代针灸教材对小儿遗尿“同功穴”分析

摘要

Objective Application of data mining technology,summarize and analyze the treatment of infantile enuresis 30 modem acupuncture in the textbook of "analogous points" and the law of spectrum.Methods The combination of artificial retrieval and computer retrieval,access to 30 modern acupuncture related materials,summarize the acupuncture treatment of infantile enuresis "analogous points" and the analysis of the law,summed up the 30 textbooks in treating infantile enuresis "analogous points" frequency,meridian,the location and specific points of law and spectrum analysis contrast.Results Through the analysis,the modem teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of infantile enuresis "analogous points" of a total of 48;"Analogous points" are the main meridians for bladder meridian and liver meridian;The location is mainly focused on the lower limb,chest and abdomen,back and waist;Specific acupoints are mainly five categories selected transport points.Conclusion The modem teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of infantile enuresis "analogous points" statistical analysis on the treatment of selected acupoints thought by the whole concept,traditional Chinese medicine,enhance the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of infantile enuresis.%目的 运用数据挖掘技术,总结分析30部现代针灸教材中治疗小儿遗尿的“同功穴”及其规律谱.方法 人工检索和计算机检索相结合,查阅30部现代针灸相关的教材,总结针灸治疗小儿遗尿的“同功穴”并分析其规律,归纳出30部教材中主治小儿遗尿的“同功穴”的频次、归经、所属部位以及特定穴规律谱进行分析和对比.结果 通过分析得出,现代教材中针灸治疗小儿遗尿的“同功穴”共有48个;所属经脉主要为足太阳膀胱经和足厥阴肝经;所在部位主要集中于下肢部、胸腹部、背腰部;特定穴类别选用主要是五输穴.结论 将现代针灸教材中治疗小儿遗尿的“同功穴”进行统计整理,利用中医整体观念、辨证论治的思想选穴配伍,增强针灸治疗小儿遗尿的临床疗效.
