金元时期四大名医之一李东垣,积极倡导脾胃学说,提出了"脾胃内伤,百病由生"的著名理论,李氏尊《黄帝内经》之医理,继承其师易水派名医张元素之药学经验,临证组方中尤以擅长运用风药治疗脾胃内伤杂病,并在其著作《脾胃论》《内外伤辨惑论》中详细论述分析了风药的各种治疗作用.当代众多医家对李东垣运用风药的经验探究及风药的临床使用特点著述颇多,但对风药"升阳"这一显著特性仍有未尽之处.从李东垣治疗脾胃病的特点而言,风药"升阳"的特色包括升阳引经、升阳除湿、升阳解表等几个方面,对于临床脾胃病的治疗有较大的帮助.%During the Jin and Yuan dynasties, one of the four famous doctors LI Dongyuan, who actively advocated the spleen and stomach theory, put forward the famous theory of "Internal impairment of the spleen and stomach causes various diseases." LI Dongyuan abided by " Huangdi Neijing", inherited from his teacher ZHANG Yuansu' s clinical experience, a prestigious doctor practicing "schools of Yi Shui" . He is good at clinical application of using the wind medicine to treat the spleen and stomach internal injuries miscellaneous diseases. In his book of"Spleen and stomach theory" and " Internal and traumatic theory of traditional Chinese Medicine", he discusses a various therapeutic effects of wind medicine in detail. Many contemporary physicians explore a lot at LI Dongyuan' s usage of wind medicine, however, the exploration of the wind medicine' s feature of " ascending yang" is still not yet complete. The author tries to analyze the LI Dongyuan' s features of treatment of spleen and stomach disease, and elaborates the characteristics of wind medicine from "ascending yang conducting channels" "ascending yang eliminating dampness" "ascending yang resolving exterior" "application notes of wind medicine ascending yang", so it can help with the clinical application of wind medicine in digestive system diseases.
