通过查阅近20年相关文献,对酒龙胆化学成分及药理作用研究概况进行整理、归纳.酒龙胆主要化学成分为环烯醚萜类化合物,具有疏肝利胆、抗菌抗炎、改善脾胃消化功能、保护神经中枢系统等作用.总结酒龙胆化学成分及药理作用研究进展,为其开发利用提供参考.%Through the study of nearly 20 years of relevant literature, the chemical composition and pharma-cological effectsof the Wine gentian was summarized. The main chemical constituents of the Wine gentian are iridoid terpene compounds, which have the functions of scorching and dampness, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, improving digestive function of spleen and stomach, protecting the central nervous system.Summarize the progress of chemical composition and pharmacological effects of the wine gentian, and provide reference for its development and utilization.
