桩土共同作用在处理桩基质量问题中的应用

摘要

This paper introduces a method of how to transform the problem pile into usable pile,and bear upper load with the basement bottom slab together. Practical applications show that this method offers so many good features:safe, reliable ,convenient construction and low cost.%某办公楼桩基础混凝土由于施工原因形成废桩，介绍如何利用桩土共同作用，利用原有废桩，并与原有地下室底板共同作用承担上部荷载。实践表明该方法具有安全可靠、施工方便、经济性好等特点。
