江西省产业技术创新战略联盟发展及管理机制研究

摘要

产业技术创新战略联盟是完善区域创新体系的重要内容，也是江西省战略性新兴产业发展的重要推动力量。通过调查分析江西省产业技术创新战略联盟的发展现状，总结联盟发展及管理机制存在的问题及不足，并从产业联盟布局规划、政府支持机制和监管机制3个方面提出优化和创新政府管理机制对策。%Industrial technology innovation strategy alliance is the imPortant content of Perfecting the regional innovation system and the imPortant driving force for the develoPment of strategic emerging industry in jiangxi Province. This PaPer investigates the develoPment status quo of jiangxi industry technology innovation strategic alliance and summarizes the Problems and insufficient of the alliances and govermment management mechanism.
