采用问卷调查等方法,以371名大学生为调查对象开发感知健身走练习效果评价模型,并分析感知健身走练习效果与锻炼行为之间的关系。结果表明大学生感知健身走练习效果由健康、乐趣、能力、社交、塑身和励志等6维度构成,该模型具有可被接受的信效度;大学生感知健身走练习效果各维度与每周练习次数,每次练习时间之间呈中度或低度正相关。%In order to development of a perceived walking benefits assessment scal ( PWBAS) and a-nalysis of the relationships between the perceived walking benefits and exercise behavior,using the questionnaire survey and other methods for 371 college students. The results show that the PWBAS is a reliable and valid measure perceived walking benefits;its six scales assess the benefits of walking in healthy,joy,competence,body sculpting,social and self-improvement; the six perceived walking benefits are significantly correlated with the numbers of weekly walking,each walking exercise time among college walkers.
