轨道上山大断面快速施工工艺研究与实践

摘要

With the large increase of mining scale and intensity ,the cross section of roadway operation has gradu-ally extended to ensure the safety production and meet the requirements for the installation and operation of large-size equipment in driving ,transport and ventilation system .Aiming at the problems of low driving speed , tense mining -excavation relay and high costs in traditional drilling and blasting method ,the author introduces the equipment -integrated technology for rapid driving in large cross -section roadways .%随着矿山开采规模和强度的大幅增加，为了确保生产安全，保证矿井掘进、运输、通风等系统中大型设备的安装和运行要求，煤巷作业的断面面积正在逐渐扩大。由于国内很多煤矿仍采用以钻爆法为主的传统巷道掘进方式，使巷道掘进速度慢，并造成采掘工作接替紧张、成本高等诸多问题，因此考虑在条件允许的地区采用掘进设备综合一体化技术，利用专业、先进的配套设备实现对大断面巷道的快速掘进。
