QUICK EXCAVATION CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF TUNNEL WITH LARGE SECTION

PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of excavation by drilling a working heading in the sectional center part of a scheduled tunnel, boring explosion long holes fanwise, and performing a blasting explosion followed by excavation with a large-sized gantry having various devices. ;CONSTITUTION: A working heading 1 is drilled in advance in the sectional center part of a tunnel scheduled ground, long holes 3 are radially bored at prescribed intervals by a cable bolt setter K, and a flexible cable bolt is fixed. In the rear of the bolt setter K, long holes 6 reaching the scheduled tunnel inner surface 5a are radially bored at prescribed intervals, and pressure air is filled therein to perform a blasting explosion. The muck 8 at that time is discharged by a loading machine, and the wall surface after explosion is finished and covered 5 by a hydraulic breaker 7a, a spraying robot 7b, a lock bolt setter 7c on a large-sized gantry 7.
