Through analyzing situation, path, and characteristics of hailstorm oc-curred in Baicheng County on June 24, 2014, it was found that Tashkent low trough atmospheric circulation was the major influence system, and Baicheng County had such instable energies as high temperature, low pressure and high humidity, which turned to heavy hail-storm after being triggered by certain in-terferences. Preventive measures were proposed in accordance with occurrence and development laws of hailstorm in Baicheng County, such as study on pre-vention zoning, improvement of forest coverage; adjusting crop planting struc-ture and growth season;enhancing moni-toring, and preventing hailstorm artifi-cially. This paper provided useful refer-ences for the effective prevention of hailstorm disaster in the local area.%通过对拜城县2014年6月24日强冰雹天气形成的条件、路径、特征进行分析，得出塔什干低槽大环流形势为南北槽汇合型是主要影响系统，拜城县具备高温、低压、高湿等大量的不稳定能量，在适当扰动的触发下前期积累大量的不稳定能量产生强冰雹天气。最后根据拜城县冰雹发生、发展规律提出相应的预防措施，如进行防治区划研究，提高森林覆盖率；调整作物种植结构和生育期；加强监测，人工防雹。为该区域冰雹灾害的有效预防提供了有益借鉴。
