To provide a weather analyzer, a weather analysis method and a program with which it is possible to determine the type of cloud with good accuracy.SOLUTION: A weather analyzer of an embodiment includes an acquisition unit, a determination unit and a provision unit. The acquisition unit acquires meteorological observation data obtained by a radar device. When the meteorological observation data is inputted, the determination unit inputs the meteorological observation data acquired by the acquisition unit to a classifier having been trained so as to output information that indicates the type of cloud and thereby determines the type of cloud that is the observation object of the radar device. The provision unit provides the meteorological observation data associated with the type of cloud determined by the determination unit to an external device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
