The frequency and times of hail disaster, population, GDP and farm land distribution affecting hail occur-rence were chosen as the estimation fac-tors in the zonation and assessment of hail disaster in Yulin based on the data of hail disaster from 12 meteorological stations during 1951 -2010 and from Yulin Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs during 1951-2012, land use types of ev-ery county and district in 2012, social statistic data, etc. The hail sensitivity, disaster hazard and vulnerability were calculated by using ArcGIS spatial anal-ysis, and then the hail risk zonation of Yulin was obtained. These results helped to improve the ability of prevention and control of hail disaster in Yulin.%以榆林市辖区内12个县级气象观测站1951—2010年冰雹灾害记录,1951—2012年榆林市民政局统计的县域冰雹灾情数据,2012年榆林市各县区土地类型数据,以乡镇为单元的社会统计数据等资料为基础,通过1∶250000 DEM 数字高程模型进行分析模拟,选取与冰雹有影响的地形因素,统计冰雹频次、人口、GDP、耕地分布等作为评价因子,应用 Ar-cGIS 的空间分析功能,分别计算冰雹灾害的敏感性、危险性、易损性,建立分因子的风险区划模型,在此基础上进行加权叠加,形成榆林市冰雹灾害风险区划,有助于提高榆林市冰雹灾害的风险防控能力。
