研究用毛细管气相色谱法测定食品中脱氢乙酸的前处理技术的改进。样品经过沉淀剂沉淀后能有效去除油脂等杂质,试验回收率在90%~95%,检出限为1 mg/kg。%The improved pretreatment technique of dehydroacetic acid determi-nation in foods by capillary gas chro-matography was studied. The precipitant could effectively remove grease and oth-er impurities in sample. The recoveries for dehydroaetic acid products were 90%-95%, and the detection limit was 1 mg/kg.
