高校人才观与学生管理工作探析

摘要

Development of economic society and scale expansion of colleges make a challenge for student management work in colleges. Doing well in student management of colleges under the instruction of scientific talent view is an important measure to improve talent training quality in colleges and promote healthy development of educational cause in our country. This paper puts forward corresponding im-provement measures to existing problems of student management work in colleges.%经济社会的发展与高等学校规模的扩张对高校学生管理工作提出了新的挑战．在科学人才观的指导下做好高校学生管理工作，是提高高校人才培养质量，促进我国教育事业健康发展的重要举措．对高校学生管理工作中存在的有关问题，提出了相应的改进措施．
