CJ828机翼结构冲击动响应分析

         

摘要

文章基于CJ828双通道大型宽体机的设计方案,用MSC.Patran/Nastran有限元软件建立机翼主承力翼盒的有限元模型,对全复合材料机翼结构进行模态分析,计算结构的固有频率。考虑飞机着陆时地面冲击荷载对机翼的影响,结合飞机设计手册,确定冲击荷载的形式,对机翼典型结构进行直接瞬态响应分析。主要对翼尖、前梁和后梁节点进行位移响应和应力响应分析。文章结果对实际工程中的复合材料机翼结构设计有一定的设计参考价值。%Based on dual-channel large wide-body aircraft of CJ828, the paper uses the finite element software such as MSC.Patran/Nastran to establish finite element model of the main load-bearing wing box for the modal analysis of the composite wing structure and calculating the natural frequency of the structure. Considering the impact of load effected on the wing when the aircraft landing, combining with the aircraft design manual to determine the form of impact load, direct transient response analysis was carried out on the typical wing structure. The analysis mainly focuses on the wing tip, front beam and rear beam nodes displacement response and stress response. In this paper, the results of composite wing structures in actual engineering design have a certain reference value.
