The wing (1) has a mechanical lock and/or a mechanical valve released or lifted by manual initialization of the wing. An expansion direction runs perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to an effective direction of the wing. Radial-running structural reinforcement elements (3) are present in an area of an outer layer (2) of the wing. The elements are distributed in an expanded form i.e. working form, of the wing in the area of the outer layer. The expanded form is produced by the manual initialization based on a compressed form i.e. transportation form.
