肺癌抑郁患者与血清细胞因子的关系

摘要

目的：研究肺癌患者抑郁程度与血清细胞因子水平的相关性。方法根据抑郁自评量表评分指数，92例晚期肺癌患者分为无抑郁（24例）、轻度抑郁（45例）和中度抑郁（23例）三组；同时选取健康体检者40例作为对照组。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测各组IL‐1β、IL‐6、IL‐8和TNF‐α的水平，分析其与抑郁程度间的相关性。结果不同程度抑郁患者IL‐1β、IL‐6、IL‐8和TNF‐α水平均高于对照组（P＜0．05）。肺癌患者抑郁程度与IL‐1β、IL‐6及T N F‐α水平呈正相关（ r＝0.705、0.301和0.446，P＜0．01），而与IL‐8水平无明显相关性（ r＝0．136，P＞0．05）。结论血清IL‐1β、IL‐6、T N F‐α水平可能在肺癌抑郁患者发病过程中起中介作用。%Objective To investigate the correlation between depression status and levels of serum cytokines in patients with lung cancer .Methods According to self‐rating depression scale ,92 patients with advanced lung cancer were divided into non‐depression group(24 cases) ,mild depression group(45 cases) and moderate depression group(23 cases) .And 40 healthy people were taken as the controls .The levels of IL‐1β,IL‐6 ,IL‐8 and TNF‐α were detected by ELISA ,and the correlation between those and depression status was analyzed .Results The levels of IL‐1β,IL‐6 ,IL‐8 and TNF‐αin the patients with different degrees of depression were higher than those in control group (P<0 .05) .The depression status in the patients with lung cancer was positively correlated with the levels of IL‐1β,IL‐6 and TNF‐α(r=0 .705 ,0.301 and 0.466 ,P<0 .05) ,but was not relevant to that of IL‐8 ( r=0 .136 ,P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion Serum levels of IL‐1β,IL‐6 and TNF‐α may play a intermediate role in the pathogenesis of depression in the patients with lung cancer .
