BRCA1核蛋白和 p53蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌的表达

         

摘要

目的:探讨乳腺癌易感基因1(BRCA1)核蛋白和p53蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中表达及其相关性。方法免疫组织化学方法检测64例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织标本中BRCA1核蛋白和p53蛋白的表达,分析二者在肿瘤临床病理参数分组中表达水平及其相关性。结果 BRCA1核蛋白和p53蛋白阳性表达率分别为85.9%和34.4%,均表达于细胞核。BRCA1核蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移及临床TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05);p53蛋白阳性表达与乳腺癌临床病理参数无明显相关(P>0.05)。BRCA1核蛋白表达和p53蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.29,P<0.05)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中BRCA1核蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关;BRCA1核蛋白与p53蛋白相互作用影响肿瘤的发生和发展。%Objective To explore the expressions of breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA1) nuclear protein and p53 protein in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma (BIDC ) and their correlation .Methods Positive expressions of BRCA1 nuclear protein and p53 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry in 64 samples of BIDC . The relationship of the expressions and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed .The correlation of BRCA1 nuclear protein and p53 protein expressions was analyzed as well .Results BRCA1 and p53 were expressed in cell nucleus . Positive expression rates of BRCA1 and p53 were 85.9% and 34.4% ,respectively .BRCA1 positive expression was closely related to lymph node metastasis and clinical TNM stage(P<0 .05) .The p53 positive expression was not significantly related to the clinicopathological parameters(P>0 .05) .The expression of BRCA1 was positively correlated to that of p53 in BIDC(r=0 .29 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion The expression of BRCA1 nuclear protein is closely related with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage .The interaction of BRCA1 nuclear protein and p53 affects the occurrence and development of BIDC .
