非瓣膜性心房颤动射频消融术前后左心耳结构的CT影像学改变

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the CT imaging changes of left atrial appendage structure in the patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation(AF) after radiofrequency ablation using 64-slice multidetector computed tomography (CT).Methods Twenty-eight patients with non-valvular AF received radiofrequency ablation,who were followed-up in the 3rd month after operation.The parameters of left atrial appendage were measured with 64-slice multidetector CT.The changes of left atrial appendage structure were compared before and after radiofrequency ablation.Results Compared with before,the long diameter of left atrial appendage orifice[(27.4±6.6) mm vs.(30.7±5.9) mm],area of left atrial appendage orifice[(449.5±221.1) mm2 vs.(522.3±210.7) mm2],length of left atrial appendage[(37.9±7.8) mm vs.(40.5±8.1) mm],and left atrial appendage volume[(9.90±4.57) cm3 vs.(11.35±4.40) cm3] were all reduced after radiofrequency ablation (P<0.05).Conclusion Structural remodeling of left atrial appendage could be reversible in the patients with non-valvular AF after radiofrequency ablation.%目的 观察非瓣膜性心房颤动(房颤)患者射频消融术前后左心耳结构的CT影像学变化.方法 非瓣膜性房颤患者28例接受射频消融术.3个月后进行随访,应用64层螺旋CT测量患者左心耳相关参数,比较射频消融术前、术后左心耳结构的变化.结果 与射频消融术前比较,术后左心耳开口长径[(27.4±6.6) mm vs.(30.7±5.9) mm]、左心耳开口面积[(449.5±221.1) mm2 vs.(522.3±210.7) mm2]、左心耳长度[(37.9±7.8) mm vs.(40.5±8.1) mm]和左心耳容积[(9.90±4.57) cm3 vs.(11.35±4.40) cm3]均较术前减小(P<0.05).结论 非瓣膜性房颤患者行射频消融术后左心耳结构出现逆重构.
