A simple colorimetric technique for rapid and sensitive detection of Escherichia coli O157 : H7 was devel-oped through the aggregation between E. coli O157 : H7 and functional gold nanoparticles, causing the color of the solution changing from red to blue. The detection of E. coli O157 : H7 was successfully carried out artificially contaminated mineral water sample,and the detection limit were 410 cells per milliliter,respectively. The whole detection process could be fin-ished within 3 h. This proposed method is promising for rapid and sensitive detection of other bacteria.%为了对大肠杆菌O157: H7进行快速、灵敏的检测,本研究基于功能化金纳米颗粒在大肠杆菌表面的聚合,体系颜色发生由红到蓝变化的原理,发展了一种基于金纳米颗粒聚合的比色法,并用此方法对大肠杆菌O157: H7进行检测。研究结果显示,该方法成功实现了对食品(矿泉水)中目标菌的检测,其检测下限为1 ml 410个大肠杆菌O157: H7,且整个检测过程包括样品的预处理可在3 h内完成。该方法有望成为一种通用的技术用于多种病原菌的快速、灵敏检测。
