In recent years＇ housing construction process,the housing collapse accident have always occurred,but the housing collapse accident in the decoration process is not uncommon,it has great effect than the accidents in the building process,not also the social impact but only the economic value.This paper,according to a housing collapse instance,analyze the reasons and has detailed calculation,from element bearing capacity and urban building safety management,and give an example to the majority of engineering and housing safety management.%近几年在房屋建造过程中,曾经发生多起房屋的整体倒塌事故,但是房屋在装饰装修过程中整体垮塌的事故并不鲜见,不论是从社会影响还是经济价值上与在建过程中的事故相比较有过之而无不及。文章根据某房屋倒塌实例,从构件承载能力和城市房屋安全管理问题等方面进行了细致的全面计算分析原因,供广大工程技术及房屋安全管理人员的学习参考。
