江苏省服务外包对产业结构影响的实证分析

摘要

With the deepening of international division of labor and the rapid development of information technology,service outsourcing is becoming the new hot spot of international industrial transfer.Jiangsu province urgently needs to promote the upgrading ofindustrial structure through service outsourcing.On the basis of the data from 2000 to 2010,this article proceeds a positive analysis for the question of what is the current situation for the service outsourcing of Jiangsu province,and how could Jiangsu province upgrade its industrial structure;it also explores the promotion of upgrading and optimizing industrial structure through five aspects,which are： the contribution rate to GDP,the proportion changes in three major industries,RD costs（capitallabor）,the high-gradedegree of labor and the effect of industrial value chain.In addition,the article proposes some relative suggestions,such as strengthening service outsourcing,improving the innovative and so on.%随着国际分工愈加深化和信息技术的快速发展,服务外包正在成为新一轮国际产业转移的热点,江苏省迫切需要借助服务外包的发展来促进产业结构升级。本文立足于江苏省服务外包和产业结构现状,探讨了服务外包通过对其GDP贡献率、三大产业比重变化、研发（经费、人力）投入、劳动高级化程度的影响来促进产业结构升级和优化,最后提出了强化服务外包、提高创新能力等建议。
