从轮船招商局的管理制度议领导风格

As the collar rudder, leader' s style determines the fate and direction of the enterprise. Since The steamer business bureau has been established, leaders usually were changed because of profit pursuing. Firstly, businessman Tang Tingshu and Xu Run,managed the bureau, then Sheng Xuanhuai, official representative, was in charge of the bureau. Their different identity, different experience and knowledge, leads to different idea of leadership. Their manage style were different, which also created different corporate style. This transformation of the management system, fully reflects the game between the two forces and idea of “official” and “business”.%作为企业的领舵人，领导的风格决定了企业的命运与方向。轮船招商局创办后由于利润的驱动而致领导人不断更迭，先是作为商人身份的唐廷枢、徐润任总办，后又由官方代表盛宣怀主管局内事务。不同的领导人由于自身不同的身份，并且拥有不同的社会阅历及个体素质导致了不同的领导理念，对招商局的管理也采取不同的方式，从而也创造了不同的企业风格。这种管理制度的变换，充分体现了当时社会上“官”与“商”两种力量与观念的博弈。
