痰热清注射液联合哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗老年重症肺炎的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with piperacillin sulbactam in elderly patients with severe pneumonia and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 92 elderly patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group (46 cases) and observation group (46 cases).The control group was treated with piperacillin sulbactam,and the observation group was treated with Tanreqing injection on the basis,and the clinical curative effect and serum inflammatory factors levels [C-reactive protein (CRP),procalcitonin (PCT),white blood cell count (WBC)] before and after treatment,and the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (97.83％ vs.78.26％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05);the levels of CRP,PCT,WBC of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment (P＜0.05);the time of disappearance of cough,fever,rales symptoms and the time of mechanical ventilation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with piperacillin sulbactam can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve the clinical efficacy in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.%目的 探究老年重症肺炎患者采取痰热清注射液联合哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响.方法 研究对象选取2016年5月至2018年5月期间在本院治疗的92例老年重症肺炎患者,按随机数表法分成对照组(46例)与观察组(46例),对照组给予使用哌拉西林舒巴坦,观察组在此基础上加用痰热清注射液,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎症因子水平[C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞计数(WBC)]及临床症状消失时间.结果 相比对照组,观察组治疗总有效率较高(97.83％比78.26％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);相比对照组,观察组治疗后CRP、PCT、WBC低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);相比对照组,观察组咳嗽、发热、啰音等症状消失时间与机械通气时间均较短,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 痰热清注射液联合哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗老年重症肺炎可促进临床症状改善,降低炎症反应,提高临床疗效.
