改良型骨盆护理吊架应用于骨盆骨折患者的临床护理观察

摘要

目的 探讨骨盆骨折患者应用改良型骨盆护理吊架的临床护理方法和效果.方法 随机将86例骨盆骨折患者分为实验组42例,对照组44例,实验组应用骨盆护理吊架进行观察护理,对照组给予常规护理.结果 两组患者对疼痛感受程度,骨盆环移位情况,治疗恢复优良率,实验组优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 骨盆护理吊架能根据人体力学原理[1],改变了骨盆的受力方向及支撑结构,有效地稳定骨折环,预防胝尾部压疮,解决床上排便困难和清洁,减轻患者痛苦,提高护理质量,操作灵活简便,节省人力资源等.%Objective To study the pelvic fracture patient application altered pelvic nursing hanger clinical nursing methods and effects.Methods random will 86 cases in pelvic fracture patients into sta 42 cases,the comparison to 44 cases,and the application of pelvic nursing hanger frame group,give routine observation nursing care.Results:two groups of patients to pain feelings degree,pelvic ring shift condition,the treatment of recovery rate,Group than in the control groups,a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion the pelvis nursing hanger can according to the human body mechanics principle,changed the stress of the direction and pelvic structural support,stabilize effectively prevent fractures ring.Zhe tail pressure ulcers,solve bed defecate is difficult and clean,reduce pain and to improve the quality of nursing,flexible operation is handy,save manpower resources,etc.
