心理干预对中国高血压病患者治疗效果影响的系统评价和Meta分析

摘要

目的 明确心理干预对中国高血压病患者收缩压及舒张压的降压效果的影响,为高血压病的治疗开辟新思路.方法 全面检索国内相关文献,并对符合要求的文献进行质量评价.采用Meta分析法对以往研究报道的心理干预对高血压病患者收缩压及舒张压的降压效果的影响进行合并分析,采用敏感性分析结果的稳定性,采用Begg's和Egger's法分析纳入研究的发表偏倚.结果 共纳入6篇符合要求的文献进行合并分析.收缩压和舒张压合并效应量和95％CI分别为-13.72(-21.07,-6.37)和-8.33(-13.57,-3.09).经敏感性分析明确系统稳定.Begg's和Egger's检测未测及发表偏倚.结论 对高血压病患者进行心理干预能够提高药物治疗的效果.%Objective To investigate whether psychological interventions have effects on hypertention therapy.Methods We searched on the intemet for eligible articles.The quality of the eligible articles was assessed.Meta-analysis was conducted to investigate the effect of psychological interventions on patients with primary hypertension.Sensitivity analysis was conducted to reanalyze the uncertain results.Begg' s and Egger' s tests were conducted to evaluate the presence of publication bias.Results A total of six controlled studies were included.The findings from our metaanalysis indicated an evidence of positive impact of psychological interventions on systolic pressure and diastolic pressure (systolic pressure:WMD-13.72,95％ CI:-21.07,-6.37; diastolic pressure:WMD-8.33,95％ CI:-13.57,-3.09).The results of sensitivity analysis confirmed the reliability of the results.The statistical results did not show publication bias.Conclusion In summary,psychological interventions enhance the efficacy of drug therapy in patients undergoing primary hypertension.
