A method of differentiated antihypertensive therapy in patients with hypertensive disease involves prescription of antihypertensive drugs. In addition the presence of adrenergic hypertensic crisises is determined by the determination of level of noradrenaline excretion with urea, and (-adrenergic blocking agent is prescribed at high noradrenaline content, and ACE inhibitor (enalapril) is prescribed if noradrenaline level within standard value.
