精细化管理提升医疗质量与安全增强患者满意度——以中山大学中山眼科中心白内障专科日间病房的实施为例

摘要

As a modern management concept,refined management has been widely applied to enterprise management,with significant positive results received.This article illustrates the definition and significance of refined management,introduces the practice of refined hospital management in Cataract Department of Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center,Sun Yat-sen University,which leads to shorten hospital stay,simplified registration procedure,lower hospital costs,higher hospital turn-over rate,safe-guard the quality and safety of clinical service,improves hospital' s competiveness,pushes forward hospital reform and development.Refined management,which includes educating and training employees,implementing procedure-oriented management,enhancing data analysis and information system,should be widely applied to each procedure and segment of hospital management to improve overall safety and quality of clinical service.%精细化管理作为一种现代科学的管理理念,最早在企业管理中得到广泛运用并取得显著成效.本文通过剖析精细化管理的内涵、意义和实质,阐述中山大学中山眼科中心白内障专科在缩短患者就医及检查时间、提高病床周转率、降低住院成本、保证医疗质量和安全等精细化管理的实践举措.提出了培养员工参与精细化管理、完善以流程为导向的精细化管理、加强数据分析和信息化建设等建议以推进精细化管理,提升医疗质量与安全,增强患者满意度.
