病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫的护理研究

摘要

Objective To summarize the clinical nursing experience of viral meningitis combined with symptomatic epilepsy,and to conduct a brief analysis.Methods 24 patients with symptomatic epilepsy combined with viral meningitis were selected as the observed subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,12 patients in the observation group targeted nursing interventions,including mental disorders care,seizures care,psychological care,drug treatment,etc.Usual care was given to control group,then we compared the two group' s patient outcomes,nursing satisfaction and complications.Results The treatment effect and nursing satisfaction degree in observation group were better than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05),the incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Taking appropriate nursing interventions to patients of viral meningitis combined with symptomatic epilepsy can improve their outcomes and satisfaction for nursing work,reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of reference in clinic.%目的 总结病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫的临床护理经验,并进行简要分析.方法 选取病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫患者24例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各12例,观察组进行有针对性的护理干预,包括精神异常护理、癫痫发作护理、心理护理、药物护理等,对照组采取常规护理措施,比较两组患者的治疗效果、护理满意度和并发症情况.结果 观察组治疗效果和护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫患者采取针对性的护理干预可有效提高患者的治疗效果和对护理工作的满意度,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床参考.
