病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫的临床护理研究

摘要

目的：探讨病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫患者的临床护理方法。方法：2012年3月-2014年4月收治病毒性脑膜炎合并癫痫症状患者80例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各40例。对照组经围手术期常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予综合护理干预，比较两组疗效。结果：观察组护理总满意度97.5%，对照组85.0%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫患者治疗同时行综合护理干预，可有效提高预后效果，值得在临床上推广应用。%Objective:To investigate the methods of clinical nursing on viral meningitis with symptomatic epilepsy.Methods:80 patients with viral meningitis complicated with symptomatic epilepsy were selected from March 2012 to April 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group were received routine nursing during operation period,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Compare the curative effect of two groups.Results:The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%,and that of the control group was 85% .The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention treated on patients with viral meningitis complicated with symptomatic epilepsy can improve the prognosis effect effectively,so it is worthy of clinical application.
