目的 探讨甲基泼尼松龙联合环磷酰胺治疗儿童系统性红斑狼疮整体护理效果.方法 选取2014年2月至2015年4月我院收治的60例系统性红斑狼疮患儿随机分为对照组和研究组,分别采用常规护理和整体护理,比较两组患儿治疗效果、依从性及家属满意度.结果 研究组患儿治疗效果显著优于对照组(96.67％ vs.80.00％,P＜0.05),研究组患儿依从性高于对照组(93.33％ vs.70.00％,P＜0.05),研究组患儿家属满意度高于对照组(96.67％ vs.73.33％,P＜0.05).结论 甲基泼尼松龙联合环磷酰胺治疗儿童系统性红斑狼疮时应用整体护理可提高患儿治疗依从性,提高患儿治疗效果,提高家属满意度.%Objective To investigate the effect ofholistic nursing care ofmethylprednisolone combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in children.Methods 60 children with SLE in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into control group and research group.Control group received conventional nursing care, while research group received holistic nursing care.Compared treatment effect, compliance, families' satisfaction of two groups.Results The treatment effect in research group was significantly better than that in control group (96.67％ vs.80.00％, P＜0.05).Compliance in research group was higher than that in control group (93.33％ vs.70.00％, P＜0.05).Satisfaction of family members in research group was higher than that in control group (96.67％ vs.73.33％, P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of holistic nursing care in methylprednisolone combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of SLE in children can improve treatment compliance, treatment effect and families' satisfaction.
