前列腺特异性抗原对爱普列特预防前列腺电切术中出血的效果的影响

摘要

目的 研究前列腺特异性抗原对爱普列特预防前列腺电切术中出血的效果的影响.方法 189例经尿道前列腺电切术患者按照前列腺特异抗原水平分为A组87例(前列腺特异性抗原＜4 ng/ml)和B组102例(前列腺特异性抗原4～10 ng/ml),两组患者均给予爱普列特和前列腺电切术进行治疗,观察两组患者的出血情况及临床疗效.结果 A组患者手术中出血量、手术操作时间、手术中灌洗量、术后冲洗量、血红蛋白的差值均明显少于B组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);两组患者发生尿道狭窄、暂时性尿失禁、膀胱颈痉挛、逆行射精、电切综合征的比率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 前列腺特异性抗原对爱普列特预防前列腺电切术中出血的效果具有明显的影响.%Objective To study the effect of prostate specific antigen (PSA) on the effect of epristeride in preventing operative bleeding during transurethral prostatic resection.Methods 189 patients undergoing transurethral prostatic resection were divided into group A (87 cases,PSA＜4 ng/ml) and group B (102 cases,PSA 4-10 ng/ml).Both two groups received epristeride treatment.Observed operative bleeding and clinical efficacy of two groups.Results Operative bleeding,operative time,intraoperative lavage,postoperative flush volume,the difference of hemoglobin of group A were significantly less than those of group B,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of urethrostenosis,transient uracratia,bladder neck spasm,retrograde ejaculation,transurethral resection syndrome between two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion PSA has obvious effect on the effect of epristeride in preventing operative bleeding during transurethral prostatic resection.
