心理护理联合运动疗法应用于妊娠糖尿病护理的效果分析

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological care combined with exercise therapy of gestational diabetes.Methods 90 patients with gestational diabetes treated at our hospital from August,2013 to July,2015 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,45 for each group.The control group were intervened with general nursing care and the observation group with psychological care and exercise therapy.The final outcome of pregnancy and SDS and HAMD scores in both groups were analyzed and compared.Results The pregnancy outcome was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After nursing care,the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose 2 h were significantly lower the observation group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The HAMD and SDS scores were (10.1±1.5) and (35.6±7.7) in the observation group and were (14.6±1.7) and (41.8±8.2) in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Psychological care combined with exercise therapy for gestational diabetes is helpful for the patients effectively controlling blood glucose and maintaining good attitude,so its clinical application value is high.%目的 剖析妊娠糖尿病患者应用心理护理和运动疗法的效果.方法 采用数字抽签法将2013年8月至2015年7月间本科室收治的90例妊娠糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组,每组45例.对照组患者使用普通护理干预方式,实验组患者则采用心理护理联合运动疗法的方式来进行干预,比较分析两组患者的最终妊娠结局、SDS以及HAMD评分.结果 实验组的妊娠结局明显优于对照组,P＜0.05.护理后的空腹血糖以及餐后2h血糖比较,实验组明显低于对照组,P＜0.05.实验组护理后的HAMD与SDS评分分别为(10.1±1.5)分、(35.6±7.7)分,对照组分别为(14.6±1.7)分、(41.8±8.2)分,实验组明显低于对照组;两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 将心理护理与运动疗法共同用于妊娠糖尿病中,利于患者血糖的有效控制以及良好心态的维持,临床应用价值颇高.
