吲达帕胺联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效研究

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of indapamide combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicating by coronary heart disease.Methods 128 cases of hypertension complicating by coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group (n=64) and control group (n=64) according to the random number table.Observation group was treated with indapamide combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets,while control group was treated with nifedipine controlled released tablets,and the treatment lasted 12 weeks in both groups.Made a comparison of efficacy,blood pressure,blood lipid,hs-CRP,ET-1,and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate in observation group (93.75％) was significantly higher than that in control group (78.13％),with statistically significant difference (x 2=6.4646,P＜0.05).After treatment,DBP and SBP in both groups significantly decreased (P＜0.05),DBP and SBP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).LDL-C,TG,and TC in observation group significantly decreased after treatment (P＜0.05),and significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).Plasma hs-CRP,ET-1 in observation group significantly decreased after treatment (P＜0.05),significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment course.Conclusion Indapamide combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicating by coronary heart disease has striking clinical efficacy,safe and reliable,with important research value.%目的 分析高血压合并冠心病患者应用吲达帕胺联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗的效果.方法 高血压合并冠心病128例患者依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组64例和对照组64例.观察组采用吲达帕胺联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗.两组疗程均为12周.对比两组疗效、血压、血脂、hs-CRP、ET-1及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组总有效率(93.75％)显著高于对照组(78.13％),差异有统计学意义(x 2=6.4646,P＜0.05).两组DBP和SBP治疗后降低(P＜0.05),观察组DBP和SBP治疗后低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组LDL-C、TG、TC治疗后下降(P＜0.05);观察组LDL-C、TG、TC治疗后低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组血浆hs-CRP和ET-1治疗后降低(P＜0.05);观察组血浆hs-CRP和ET-1水平治疗后低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组均未见严重不良反应.结论 吲达帕胺联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效显著,安全可靠,具有重要研究价值.
