Zero-P椎间融合器应用于颈前路减压对颈椎病患者术后颈椎生理曲度的影响

摘要

目的 研究新型颈椎前路椎间融合固定系统(Zero-P)椎间融合器应用于颈前路减压对颈椎病患者术后颈椎生理曲度的影响.方法 选择2014年2月至2015年2月于本院就诊的60例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为两组:观察组36例运用Zero-P椎间融合器方案治疗,对照组24例采用传统钛板固定融合方案治疗.观察两组手术疗效、并发症及患者颈椎生理曲度的变化情况.结果 观察组术后6月颈椎生理曲度和椎间高度分别为(9.31±1.27) mm和(7.61±1.06) mm,显著高于术前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(ta2=8.522,tb1=2.837,ta4=14.889,tb2=5.310,P<0.05).观察组和对照组术后6月颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)分别为(10.38真1.58)和(10.43 ± 1.90),显著低于术前,差异有统计学意义(tc=46.849,tf=37.659,P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.111,P>0.05).结论 Zero-P椎间融合器应用于颈前减压治疗颈椎病疗效显著,能显著改善颈椎生理曲度,减少术后并发症.%Objective To study the effect of interbody fusion instrument of new type anterior cervical interbody fusion fixation system (Zero-P) in anterior cervical decompression on the cervical physiological curvature after operation of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods 60 patients with cervical spondylosis treated at our hospital from February,2014 to February,2015 were selected as study objects and were divided into an observation group (n=36),treated with interbody fusion instrument of Zero-P,and a control group (n=24),treated with traditional titanium plate fixation and fusion,according different treatment methods.The curative effect,complications,and changes of cervical physiological curvature in these two groups were observed.Results 6 months after the operation,the cervical physiological curvature and intervertebral height of the observation group [(9.31 ± 1.27) mm and (7.6 1± 1.06) mm] were significantly higher than those before the operation and those of the control group (ta2=8.522,tb1=2.837,ta4=14.889,tb2=5.310,P<0.05).6 months after the operation,the neck disability indexes (NDI) in the observation group(10.38 ±1.58) and the control group (10.43±1.90) were significantly lower than those before the operation (tc=46.849,tf=37.659,P<0.05).There was no difference in NDI between these groups (t=0.111,P>0.05).Conclusions Interbody fusion instrument Zero-P in anterior cervical decompression in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is significantly effective.It can significantly improve the cervical physiological curvature and reduce postoperative complications.
