左旋多巴联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病的疗效及对血清代谢组学指标的影响

摘要

目的 探讨左旋多巴联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病(PD)的疗效,分析其对血清代谢组学指标的影响.方法 选取本院神经内科收治的122例PD患者为受试对象,按照人院顺序随机分为普拉克索组与对照组,各61例;普拉克索组患者予以左旋多巴联合普拉克索方案,对照组仅给予左旋多巴治疗;比较两组患者治疗前后病情[帕金森病统一评定量表(UPDRS)]及血清代谢组学指标[乳酸(LA)、葡萄糖(Glc)、谷氨酰胺(Gln)]变化.结果 治疗3个月后,两组患者UPDRS评分及LA、Gln水平均有明显降低,且普拉克索组降幅大于对照组(均P＜ 0.05);两组患者Glc水平则明显升高,且普拉克索组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 左旋多巴联合普拉克索治疗PD时疗效显著,可改善糖酵解及氨基酸代谢状态.%Objective To investigate the curative effect of levodopa combined with pramipexole on Parkinson disease (PD) and analyze its influence on serum metabonomics indicators.Methods 122 PD patients admitted into our hospital were taken as the research objects and were randomly divided into a pramipexole group (61 cases) and a control group (61 cases) according to their hospital admission sequence.The pramipexole group were treated with pramipexole and levodopa and the control group with levodopa.The patients' conditions [unified PD rating scale (UPDRS)] and changes of serum metabonomics indicators [lactic acid (LA),glucose (Glc),glutamine (Gln)] before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results 3 months after the treatment,the UPDRS scores and levels of LA and Gln in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease in the pramipexole group was more than that in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).The Glc levels in the two groups were significantly increased,and the increase in the pramipexole group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Levodopa combined with pramipexole for PD patients has obvious curative effect and can improve glycolysis and amino acid metabolism status.
