目的 探究运动疗法配合心理辅导改善卵巢早衰患者心理及生活质量的效果.方法 选取本院2015年5月至2017年2月收治的110例卵巢早衰患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(55例)与对照组(55例).对照组实施临床常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合运动疗法及心理辅导.对比两组治疗前后症状积分、两组治疗后性激素水平、两组治护满意度,并采取SCL-90症状自评量表评估患者心理状况改善情况.结果 观察组治疗后症状积分为(7.42±3.21)分,低于对照组的(12.35±3.11)分,且患者性激素水平显著优于对照组;观察组SCL-90症状自评量表总分为(130.53±32.16)分,显著低于对照组的(148.52±40.25)分;均P＜0.05.观察组满意率高达98.18％,高于对照组的83.64％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 运动疗法及心理辅导在卵巢早衰患者中的应用价值极高,患者症状改善,性激素水平恢复正常,心理状态改善,满意度高,值得推广应用.%Objective To explore the effects of exercise therapy combining psychological counseling for improving the psychological and life quality in patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods 110 patients with premature ovarian failure treated at our hospital from May,2015 to February,2017 were selected and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,55 for each group.The control group were treated with clinical routine drugs;in addition,the observation group were treated with exercise therapy and psychological counseling.The symptom integral score before and after the treatment,sex hormone levels after the treatment,and satisfaction were compared between these two groups.SCL-90 symptom self-evaluation scale was used to evaluate the patients' psychological condition.Results The symptom integral score was (7.42±3.21)in the observation group and was (12.35±3.11) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The sex hormone levels were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total score of SCL-90 symptom self-evaluation scale was (130.53 ±32.16) in the observation group and was (148.52±40.25) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The satisfaction rate was 98.18％ in the observation group and was 83.64％ the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Exercise therapy combining psychological counseling for patients with premature ovarian failure is of high value,can improve the patients' symptoms and psychological condition and normalize the patients' sex hormone levels,and has high satisfaction,so it is worth being generalized.
