妊娠糖尿病患者血清中FFA和Hcy及CysC水平变化及临床意义

摘要

目的 探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者血清中游离脂肪酸(FFA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及胱抑素C(CysC)水平的变化及其临床意义.方法 选取妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者128例为实验组,对照组为140例同期正常妊娠者,分别测定其血清中FFA、Hcy及CysC水平并进行比较.结果 GDM患者血清中FFA、Hcy及CysC水平分别为(765.91±241.12) μ mol/L、(10.48±3.56) μ mol/L和(1.59±0.85)mg/L,均明显高于对照组的(458.91±127.33)μmol/L、(6.89±1.92)μmol/L和(0.65 ±0.18) mg/L,差异有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 GDM可引起血清中FFA、Hcy及CysC浓度升高,故三者联合检测对GDM患者的诊断及治疗具有重要意义.%Objective To explore the changes of the serum levels of free fatty acid (FFA),homocysteine (Hcy),and cystatin C (CysC) in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and the clinical significance.Method 128 patients with GDM were selected as an experiment group and 140 normal pregnant women a control group.The serum levels of FFA,Hcy,and CysC were tested and compared.Result The serum levels of FFA,Hcy,and CysC in the GDM patients were (765.91 ± 241.12) μmol/L,(10.48 ± 3.56) μmol/L,and (1.59 ± 0.85) mg/L,which were significantly higher than those in the control group [(458.91±127.33) μmol/L,(6.89±1.92) μmol/L,and (0.65 ± 0.18) mg/L),with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion GDM may cause the concentration increase of FFA,Hcy,and CysC in serum,so the combining testing of these three indicators is very meaningful in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
