规范化延续护理对鼻内镜下鼻窦术后出院患者的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of standardized continuous nursing care in patients discharged from hospital after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods 90 cases of endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.Control group was given discharge guidance before discharge,while the observation group was given standardized continuous nursing care.Observed the treatment effect and treatment compliance of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of endoscopic sinus surgery in the observation group (95.56％) was significantly higher than that in the control group (82.22％),with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).The scores of taking steroids,sinus flushing,timely review of nasal vesicles clearance,developing good habits,and the total score in the observation group were (8.26±1.32),(8.74±1.23),(9.04±1.36),(9.52±0.69),(36.02±3.44),significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized continuous nursing care can effectively improve the treatment effect,the treatment compliance,and the prognosis of patients discharged from hospital after endoscopic sinus surgery,with more favorable clinical application value.%目的 探讨规范化延续护理应用于鼻内镜下鼻窦术后的临床效果.方法 选择在本院行鼻内镜下鼻窦术的90例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例.对照组出院前给予出院指导,观察组给予规范化延续护理,观察两组患者术后治疗效果及治疗依从性等.结果 观察组鼻内镜下鼻窦手术总有效率(95.56％)显著高于对照组(82.22％),组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组坚持服用类固醇药物、鼻窦冲洗、按时复查清除鼻腔囊泡、养成良好生活习惯评分、总分分别为(8.26±1.32)、(8.74±1.23)、(9.04±1.36)、(9.52±0.69)、(36.02±3.44),均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 鼻内镜下鼻窦术后出院患者应用规范化延续护理可有效提升患者治疗效果,提高患者治疗依从性,对于改善患者预后较为有利,临床应用价值较高.
