BiPAP呼吸机联合尼可刹米治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效

Objective To observe the efficacy ofnon-invasive bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) ventilator combined with nikethamide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated by type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods 82 patients with COPD complicated by type Ⅱ respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.Two groups received conventional treatment,control group was treated with nikethamide,and observation group was treated with BiPAP ventilator on the basis of control group.The blood gas analysis results and efficacy of two groups were compared.Results After 72 h of treatment,the levels of PaO2,SaO2,PaCO2 of observation group significantly improved compared with control group (P＜0.05).The curative effect of observation group significantly increased compared with control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion BiPAP ventilator combined with nikethamide for treating COPD complicated by type ⅡI respiratory failure can improve curative effect,improve blood gas analysis,and promote patients' recovery.%目的 观察双水平无创正压机械通气(BiPAP)呼吸机联合尼可刹米治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效.方法 选择COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者82例,随机分为两组各41例.两组均行常规治疗,对照组给予尼可刹米治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用BiPAP呼吸机辅助治疗.比较两组患者血气分析结果及疗效.结果 治疗后72 h,观察组Pa02、Sa02、PaC02指标较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组治疗效果较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 给予COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者BiPAP呼吸机联合尼可刹米治疗,可提高治疗效果,改善患者血气分析,促进患者康复.
