热毒宁注射液联合蒙脱石散与喜炎平联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗小儿病毒性肠炎临床疗效比较研究

摘要

目的 比较热毒宁注射液联合蒙脱石散与喜炎平联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗小儿病毒性肠炎临床疗效.方法 将我院2012年1月-2013年1月收治的90例病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,每组45例,观察组患儿接受热毒宁注射液联合蒙脱石散治疗,对照组接受喜炎平联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗效果及患儿腹泻、发热、呕吐消失及住院时间,记录并比较两组患儿治疗费用.结果 两组患儿治疗效果、发热消失时间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),观察组患儿腹泻、呕吐及住院时间显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),两组患儿临床治疗费用比较(P＞0.05)差异无统计学意义.结论 热毒宁注射液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿病毒性肠炎临床疗效显著,能有效缓解患儿临床症状、缩短患儿病程,减少患儿住院时间.%Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of reduning injection combined with montmorillonite powder and xiyanping combined with racecadotril particles on treating of children with viral enteritis.Methods 90 cases of children with viral enteritis were collected during January 2012 to January 2013 and divided into observation group and control group at the 1:1 mode of random.The observation group was received the combination therapy of reduning injection with montmorillonite powder and the control group was treated by combination therapy of xiyanping with racecadotril particles.Treatment efficacy,disappearance time of diarrhea,vomiting and hospital stay,and treatment costs was compared between two groups.Results There were no significant difference of treatment effect,fever during and treatment cost between two groups.Meanwhile there was significant difference of course and hospital length of stay between two groups.Conclusions The study showd that the therapeutic regimen of reduning injection combined with montmorillonite powder had remarkable curative effect on treating of children with viral enteritis.
