牙周炎与高脂血症的相关性及其机制

Chronic?diseases?that?cause?serious?adverse?effects?to?human?health,?specifically?periodontitis?and?hyperlipidemia,?as?well?as?the?relationship?between?them?have?received?increased?research?attention.?These?diseases?may?be?related?to?bacteria?and?bacterial?metabolites,?products?of?inflammation,?and?immune?responses.?The?present?review?introduces?the?clinical?correlation?and?biological?mechanisms?between?periodontitis?and?hyperlipidemia.%牙周炎和高脂血症都是常见的慢性疾病，严重影响着人类的身心健康。这两种备受人们重视的疾病的相关性可能与细菌及其代谢产物、炎症与免疫反应产物有关。本文就牙周炎与高脂血症、牙周炎影响高脂血症的机制、高脂血症影响牙周炎的机制等研究进展作一综述。
