血友病A患儿的疫苗接种研究进展

摘要

Hemophilia A is a hereditary hemorrhagic disease.Vaccination can prevent certain diseases,while intramuscular vaccination may lead to muscle hematoma in children with hemophilia A,even become a high risk factor for increasing production of inhibitors.Therefor,there are concerns about vaccination of hemophilia A.Children with hemophilia A can be vaccinated in a relatively safe manner,such as subcutaneous injections,or vaccinated after replacement treatment.There is no clear correlation between the immune response induced by vaccination and the mechanism of inhibitor production,and the safety of vaccination remains to be further studied.This review focuses on the progress of vaccination for children with hemophilia A.%血友病A是一种遗传性出血性疾病,疫苗接种可以起到疾病预防作用,但是肌肉注射疫苗接种方式不仅可能会引起该病患儿出现肌肉血肿等风险,还可能会成为增加抑制物产生的高危因素.因此对血友病A患儿疫苗接种存在顾虑.血友病A患儿可以采用相对安全的接种方式进行疫苗接种,如皮下注射等,或凝血因子替代治疗后进行疫苗接种;目前尚未明确疫苗接种引起机体免疫反应和抑制物产生机制的相关性,疫苗接种安全性仍有待进一步研究,现对血友病A患儿疫苗接种研究进展进行综述.
