Shh信号通路与肾小管间质纤维化

摘要

Sonic hedgehog signaling pathway has a unique role in the process of renal fibrosis,while it is mainly expressed in the impaired renal tubular epithelial cells. Shh signaling pathway promotes the process of epithelial-mesenchymal transition and renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis. Shh signaling pathway ligand triggers cell proliferation in the pericyte,suggesting a possible role for this pathway in the regulation of cell cycle progression of myofibroblasts progenitors during the development of renal fibrosis. Shh protein can be expressed at the early stage of kidney injury,which indicates that Shh signaling pathway is involved in the tissue repair process after kidney injury at the early stage. The process of renal interstitial fibrosis related to signaling pathway is involved with signaling pathway and proteins,cytokines,extracellular matrix,complement and so on. This paper reviews the progress in the study of the relationship between Shh and renal interstitial fibrosis.%Sonic hedgehog(Shh)信号通路在肾间质纤维化过程中具有独特作用,其主要在受损的肾小管上皮细胞中表达,作用于肾小管上皮细胞和肾间质细胞,与肾小管上皮细胞-间充质细胞转分化(epitheli-al-mesenchymal transition,EMT)过程密切相关,肾间质细胞周细胞和肌成纤维细胞被认为是与Shh信号通路配体作用的主要细胞,Shh信号通路在肌成纤维细胞前体细胞周细胞向肌成纤维细胞转化过程中扮演重要角色.Shh蛋白在肾脏损伤的早期即可出现表达,从而说明Shh信号通路在组织损伤早期参与肾脏损伤后的组织修复过程.Shh信号通路与众多细胞因子、蛋白及相关基因相互作用,参与肾间质纤维化的进程.该文就Shh信号通路与肾小管间质纤维化的相关研究进行综述.
