支气管肺发育不良发病机制和防治研究进展

摘要

Bronchopulmonary dysplasia is one of the causes of affecting children′s health,which has a complicated etiology,including the gene level of internal aspect and some external factors, such as premature birth inducing the pulmonary hyperplasia,infectious diseases caused by low immunity,complications caused by clinical interventions,and the low quality of respiratory tract management. In the article,we review the research progress about mechanism and prevention of BPD in domestic and overseas in recent years.%支气管肺发育不良是影响儿童健康的主要原因之一，其发病原因复杂。内因存在于基因层面，外因则包含早产导致的肺发育不成熟、免疫力不足引起的感染、临床治疗干预引起的并发症、气道管理质量不足等。该文综述支气管肺发育不良的发病机制及近年国内外防治研究进展。
